Article Submission

We invite you to submit articles for Issue No. 2, to be published in Tishrei 5787 – October 2026.
Submissions may be sent until July 15, 2026, to the journal editorial office via email: PPM.Journal@bgu.ac.il

Public Policy and Management, published under the academic responsibility of the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Management, at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, publishes research articles, review essays, and scholarly reflections by researchers, managers, policymakers, government officials, and leaders in civil society. The journal is published in electronic format.
Journal language: Hebrew with English abstracts.

The journal accepts:

  • Original research articles
  • Review articles
  • Articles previously published in English-language scientific journals, translated into Hebrew with an emphasis on policy implications for the local arena
  • Position papers

Research articles must meet the standards of academic writing in the relevant field of study. All submissions undergo anonymous peer review by at least two expert reviewers in the relevant discipline.
The recommended length of an article is up to 6,000 words.

Submission Guidelines

  1. A separate title page should include the following:
    • Full names of all authors
    • Telephone number and email address
    • Academic title and institutional affiliation
    • Identification of the corresponding author
    • ORCID number is recommended

This page should also include up to five keywords in both Hebrew and English.

  1. Please attach abstracts in both Hebrew and English, each up to 250 words.
  2. Tables and figures should be integrated into the body of the article.
  3. Authors are encouraged to minimize the use of footnotes whenever possible.
  4. Bibliographic references and citations must follow APA 7 guidelines (see examples below).
  5. References in Hebrew should appear before references in other languages.
